 Lease Terms and Conditions:

• All houses require a 1 year lease
• Monthly payment: (Utilities not included***)

•  Security deposit of one months rent total (due at signing)
  

 
Our Houses are:  

1) Only 1 block from campus (walking distance to/from class)

2) Centrally located between aquatic center, tennis courts, field house, soccer and football fields

3) Free washer and dryer in each house

4) All bedrooms wired for high speed internet (DSL or cable)

5) Air conditioning

6) Free lawn service
